I can't log into my account. Help!!
If you've forgotten your username or password, you can use the "forgot password" feature to have your login sent to you. If you don't have access to the email account you used to sign up, or don't remember which email address you used, please call us toll-free, at 1-800-338-8353, or send in a support request. I don't see my country in the dropdown menu. Do you ship to my country?
Not all countries have the same food import regulations and some countries prohibit or limit food imports. Others charge additional fees for quarantine or may charge high duties and/or taxes. We currently ship to American Samoa, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Chile, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guam, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Republic of South Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Palau, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and the United States.

What is the shelf life of your coffee?
12 months with proper storage. Our coffee bags have a 2-way valve (on the front of the bag) that allows coffee emissions to exit while preventing oxygen from entering. Oxygen and light are the enemies of fresh coffee. Store un-opened bags out of direct sunlight. After opening a bag, roll the top down tightly to remove air and store out of direct light.
Do your flavorings contain nuts? (I'm allergic)
Our coffee flavorings are a proprietary combination of both natural and artificial flavors from essences that impart flavor while remaining allergen-free. There are no nut allergens in our flavorings. So go ahead - enjoy! If you have any medical condition, it's always a good idea to check with your doctor to determine whether drinking coffee (or tea) might pose any health problems for you.
I got my shipment, and some of the bags are hard as bricks. What happened?
Shipping at high altitudes can cause the bags to decompress and become hard. Incidentally, it happens more often with beans than with ground coffee. No worries, your coffee is fine.

If you're local, just bring in your resume. Our HR asks that you come in person and fill out an application in our office. This will take about 20-30 minutes. Having your resume, references and job history with you makes filling out the application much faster. We're sorry, but we do not accept applications online.
Do you have a wholesale program?
Yes, we do have wholesale program. We are working on putting it online, but for now, just contact us for more information.
