Mahalo for shopping with Hawaii Coffee Company! We hope that you are enjoying a cup of our coffee or tea.

But, things happen sometimes. If you discover a problem of any kind with your order — if it arrives damaged or is lost in transit, for instance — please contact us and we’ll make sure to find a way to fix the problem

We also accept the return of new, unopened items within 14 days of item receipt for any reason. We can either do an exchange or refund for the items that are returned.
