I usually treat myself to Lion 24K kona. On this order i added Lions French Roast to try. I must admit, I was anxious to try it. I enjoy my coffee and well,i hate being disappointed with a new brand. Loyal to Lion for over 30 years!
My wife and I discovered Lion French Roast coffee when I was assigned to Hickam AFB in 1980-1984. We fell in love with the rich flavor and we appreciated that it had none of the bitter, acidic aftertaste so typical in strong coffees. We subsequently had assignments in Europe and the Far East and could never find a coffee that matched Lion's quality. Wherever we have lived, we have always stayed with Lion by having friends send us shipments and more recently by ordering on-line. Thanks for the years of enjoyment!
