Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package that we ship to you. All shipments are shipped with Aloha from Honolulu, Hawaii.

 

How do we ship?

 

We offer shipping via UPS Ground, UPS Air and USPS (Priority Mail) for delivery within the USA. For an additional cost, you may request UPS Air service for a 3-business day delivery. International options vary, and you will be able to choose your preference during checkout.

 

When will my order be shipped?

 

Most of the time, orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak shopping times such as holidays and sales, we may require additional processing and packing time depending on how high our order volume is. We thank you for your patience.

 

International shipments

 

Foreign counties may require import documents and charge taxes and/or fees for your order. These documents and fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and will not be included with your order. For import regulations and requirements, please consult with the receiving country’s customs office prior to ordering. Shipping companies will normally assist a consignee with small non-commercial shipments. Please note that importing goods for business use may require additional procedures.

 

When international customers place their first order with us, we will email a reminder that the customer is responsible for any taxes and/or fees for the country. Please respond with a simple “accept” or “agree” or “OK” so we know you understand. Once we get this, we can send your order out.

 

PO Box, APO/FPO, US Territories

 

Shipments to PO Box, APO/FPO and US Territories will be sent by USPS Priority Mail. Some zip codes within APO/FPO prohibit coffee. Please check with the Post Office before ordering.

 

Single order with multiple addresses

 

Shipping charges will be calculated separately for each shipping address.

 

Shipping promotions

 

Periodically we offer Shipping Specials which are announced by email and in various places of our website(s). The special applies only when certain conditions are met.

 

  • Shipping Specials apply on qualifying orders, only during promotion periods
  • Shipping Specials are only for orders shipping via UPS Ground to street addresses within the contiguous United States (lower 48 states).
  • We are very sorry, but Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam & International orders are excluded from free shipping specials.
  • Shipping Specials are not available for deliveries to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses
