coffee is great, the bags NOT so much
I have been ordering the orig lion for two decades from Hawaii. and the 10 oz ground. the bags used to be vacuumed down that was several years ago. the bags have changed and they say the coffee releases gas. the bags in the past did not. i have taking the tour several years ago and i asked the Brue master why the bags were vacuum down and he said that oxygen was coffee's worst enemy. it makes it stale and bitter. we even bought the decanter from the store. Please make sure the bags are sealed tight.... and freeze them till use.
