Overall, this coffee tastes great. I could tell that it was roasted to perfection and no hint of bitterness could be detected. It tasted smooth with a hint of sweetness while the coconut was not too overpowering, but provided a nice ending note with every sip. I'm not a big coffee drinker and I usually despise drinking straight coffee, but this was surprisingly perfect just on its own. I sometimes used a little bit of milk to crown the top, but that's it. It's nice on my rare coffee drink ocassions that I get to have something that is of high quality with a taste I'm satisfied with when I put my cup down. When I went to Hawaii a few years back and toured one of the Kona coffee plants, I fell in love with it. The fertile andisol soils combined with the one on one attention with the process from cherry to bean just makes coffee from Hawaii one of the best in the world. Overall I'm very pleased with this product and will be ordering more in the near future. I will say when I ordered as a gift and added a custom message that they actually hand wrote it in a nice card. Something that I wasn't expecting as I'm so used to the typed cards from Amazon. Such a lovely and personal touch that reminded me how much this company cares about their coffee and their customers. So to all that are reading this, definitely order from these guys. Great coffee and even better customer servce. Thank you again!!! Shipping time was reasonable too. Took less than two weeks. Either way the wait is worth it when you open up that box and immediately smell the freshly ground coffee through the bags.
