K-Cups
Got my latest shipment of Lion Original and so far two of the six cartons have a quality control issue. Tops are off center and not sealed. Was wondering why I had coffee grounds in the carton and saw the tops of some of the K-Cups are not sealed all the way around. Been getting these for years and this is the first time any issues. Will advise others if you see coffee grounds in the carton, the pods did not get sealed properly. Love my Lion Coffee so this will not stop me from getting more..!!

Delivery
The quality of the coffee is very good. However, I have had the coffee delivered at a certain frequency. However, my wife passed away more than 3 years ago. Obviously, our consumption of coffee decreased. I been trying to change the delivery of the delivery for several months now to no avail. Please pay attention to my request and change it. I now have several boxes of coffee.
