Best coffee I can find any where! Very smooth, not at all bitter. I make a gallon of iced coffee at a time with this flavor. Customer service is awesome. The post office lost my original order ( they did end up finding it ) but customer service sent me out a new order immediately, Thank you for the wonderful service, you have a life long customer!
