To offer the best customer service to our valued customers, while also maintaining the health and safety of our staff, a few things will be a little different this holiday season.

We thank you for your orders and your patronage. While many businesses are struggling, you have kept us busy roasting coffee and you are so appreciated! We know that in times of stress, little things can make a difference and we thank you for loving your cup of Aloha.
2. We may not be able to guarantee delivery dates...
With the pandemic still a concern, more people are shopping online. We are concerned that major carriers may become overwhelmed. While we will do our best to get orders out quickly, we may not be able to guarantee delivery in the event of carrier backlogs.
3. Some services are changing by necessity...
To ensure continued service, only essential staff are on site. Many staff are working from home. For this reason, there are things we cannot do this holiday season. Handwritten gift messages are not possible, but we will print them on the packing list so you can still include holiday wishes with your gifts of Aloha. Also, we can not offer hand-packed gift boxes this year. Mahalo for your understanding.
4. Please, shop early!
In previous years, Black Friday has been the unofficial start to the holiday shopping season. This year is different. Many consumers are starting their shopping early to avoid shipping delays as the holidays draw closer. We value your business and encourage you to please, shop early!
