Item is a gift and evaluating how good the coffee is - is a little difficult. Have not heard from the person that received the coffee other than they received the coffee.

All I can say is, it's GREAT! I like the taste, and it has a great after taste! At first I didn't like the whole bean and wanted ground coffee, BUT, keeping it whole bean retains that fantastic flavor until it's ground AND brewed! IT WORKS!
